For years, my life revolved around the kitchen—12-hour days, 7 days a week. I was doing what I loved: creating, cooking, and sharing incredible food. But the relentless grind took its toll. My energy drained, sleep became a nightly battle, and my body begged for relief. My diet, while delicious, was far from the best for my health. Then came the diagnosis—hypertension. A silent killer, unnoticed until it was too loud to ignore.

It wasn’t just a diagnosis—it was a turning point. I realized I couldn’t pour from an empty cup, and it was time to put myself first. But where would I start?
I turned to the one thing I trusted most: food. This time, I approached it differently—not just for flavor but for healing.
